Manuscript Submission Checklist

Please ensure your manuscript includes the following:

  1. Title page (with author details)
  2. Abstract (150–250 words)
  3. Keywords (4–6 keywords)
  4. Main manuscript (no author details)
  5. Figures and tables in appropriate format
  6. References formatted correctly
  7. Ethical disclosure (if applicable)
  8. Cover letter (optional but encouraged)

Manuscript Types

We accept the following types of manuscripts:

  1. Original Research Articles (5,000–8,000 words)
  2. Review Articles (up to 10,000 words)
  3. Case Studies (3,000–5,000 words)
  4. Short Communications (1,500–3,000 words)
  5. Conceptual/Theoretical Papers
  6. Book Reviews (1,000–2,000 words)

General Format:

File Format: MS Word (.doc or .docx)

Font: Times New Roman, 12pt

Line Spacing: 1.5

Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

Page Numbers: Bottom-center

Paper Guideline

Title Page:

  • Article title

  • Full name(s) of author(s)

  • Affiliations (University, Department, Country)

  • Email addresses of all authors

  • ORCID iD (if available)

  • Corresponding author clearly identified

Abstract:

  • Should summarize the study’s purpose, methodology, key findings, and implications

  • Limit: 150–250 words

Keywords:

  • 4 to 6 relevant keywords (avoid general terms)

Headings:

  • Use a clear heading hierarchy:

    • H1: Title

    • H2: Main Sections (e.g., Introduction, Methodology)

    • H3: Subsections

Figures and Tables

  • Include all figures and tables within the main text

  • Use caption below tables and caption above figures

  • Number them sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 2)

References
Follow APA 7th edition format.

Author Guidelines

Authors are requested to submit original and unpublished manuscripts that are not currently under review by any other journal or publication. All submissions must strictly adhere to the scope of the journal and demonstrate high academic quality, novelty, and relevance. Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English and must follow the formatting instructions provided on the journal’s official template, which can be downloaded from https://journalwebsite.com/templates.

Submissions must be made electronically via the online submission portal at https://submission.journalwebsite.com. The manuscript file must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx), typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, and with 1-inch margins on all sides. Authors are encouraged to follow the IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) structure. Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively and inserted within the text close to where they are first cited, along with appropriate captions.

All references must follow the APA 7th edition citation style. Authors are advised to use citation management tools such as Zotero or Mendeley to ensure consistency. For APA formatting guidelines, please refer to the Purdue OWL resource at https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style.

Manuscripts must include a title page containing the title of the paper, full names of all authors, their institutional affiliations, and a corresponding author’s email address. A structured abstract not exceeding 250 words must precede the main text, along with a maximum of five keywords. Where applicable, ethical approval statements must be included in the methodology section. For studies involving human or animal participants, authors must comply with ethical standards and provide evidence of institutional review board (IRB) approval. The journal uses a double-blind peer-review process; therefore, authors must ensure that the manuscript does not contain any identifying information. A separate title page should be uploaded to preserve anonymity during the review process. Authors will be notified of the editorial decision within 6–8 weeks of submission. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright transfer agreement, available at https://journalwebsite.com/copyright.
